Job Summary:
Waada Digital is looking for a Relationship Executive to develop and nurture long-term client relationships. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, addressing client needs, and driving business growth through effective relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with efficiency and empathy.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and conduct regular follow-ups to strengthen retention.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service, sales, or relationship management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage client priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
