About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and people-focused leader to head our Human Resources and Organizational Development (OD) functions. This role is central to shaping organizational culture, driving talent development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR best practices. You will partner with senior leadership to implement forward-looking HR strategies that support growth, employee engagement, and business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
- Design and implement organizational development initiatives such as leadership programs, learning & development strategies, and performance management systems.
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR and OD strategies with business goals.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and best practices.
- Drive diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives across the organization.
- Oversee HR technology platforms (HRIS/HCM) and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee engagement, performance, and talent retention.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications (Must-Have)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in organizational development, change management, and talent management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR, OD, or Business Administration.
- HR or OD certifications (CHRP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent).
- Experience with HRIS/HCM systems and data analytics.
- Background in leading HR digital transformation or large-scale change initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs350,000.00 per month
