Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace Expert with 4-6 years of experience. The position is located in Lahore. The Expert will be responsible for consulting, solution architecture, cloud computing, and ensuring efficient business processes. Daily tasks will include designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, providing expert advice to clients, and optimizing workplace technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Deploy and maintain Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, security compliance, and application deployment.
  • Administer Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), managing identities, authentication, conditional access, and MFA.
  • Optimize Windows Autopilot for seamless device provisioning and user onboarding.
  • Configure and enforce Microsoft Defender for Endpoint security policies and compliance frameworks.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user computing environments.
  • Implement and manage collaboration tools (Teams, Viva, and Copilot) to enhance digital workplace efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and integrations to streamline business processes.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, including Zero Trust and data protection policies.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud-based solutions using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Lead training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives for employees on modern workplace tools.
  • Stay updated with Microsoft roadmap and industry trends to drive innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
  • Proficient in managing Active Directory infrastructure (LDAP, GPOs, domain trust).
  • Hands-on experience with Exchange Server and Exchange hybrid deployments.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Administration, Intune, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 deployment, Autopilot, and security baselines.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust Security principles and Conditional Access policies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and cloud security solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, MD-102, SC-300, AZ-104 (preferred).
  • Excellent skills in setting up Microsoft Intune and other MDM/MAM solutions
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
