  • Promote and sell Falaknaz Group's residential and commercial projects (off-plan).
  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and walk-in clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project site visits to showcase offerings.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales in line with company policies and approved pricing.
  • Maintain active follow-ups with potential buyers to ensure conversions.
  • Enter and manage all client interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Provide clients with accurate project information, payment plans, and after-sales support.
  • Represent Falaknaz Group with professionalism, integrity, and strong market knowledge.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Urdu).
  • Must be target-driven, disciplined, and client-oriented.
  • Good knowledge of Karachi's real estate trends and market dynamics (advantage).
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility for client meetings, field visits, and extended working hours when required.
