About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager - IT to oversee and manage our multi-location network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical expert with proven experience in managing complex IT environments, including network hardware, cloud systems, and enterprise servers. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our technology operations across all company locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain a secure and robust LAN/WAN network across all company locations.
  • Perform regular network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Administer and manage core network devices, Cisco Switches, Firewall management and Ruckus APS management
  • Manage and maintain
    NAS servers
    for centralized storage and data integrity
  • Handle
    server management
    server backups.
  • Possess
    deep knowledge of Exchange Online
    for managing email flow, security, compliance, and user mailboxes.
  • Support and administer our
    cloud-based ERP
    system, ensuring seamless integration with other IT systems.
  • Utilize strong
    knowledge of Oracle database
    administration.
  • Write and optimize
    SQL queries
    for data extraction, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in database performance monitoring and basic maintenance tasks.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive IT documentation, including network diagrams and operational procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Must-have Hands-on Technical Expertise:
  • Managing multi-site network infrastructure.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco switches and  firewalls.
  • Managing Ruckus wireless systems or similar enterprise Wi-Fi solutions.
  • Administering NAS devices (Synology, QNAP, or enterprise-grade).
  • In-depth administration of
    Microsoft Exchange Online
    .
  • Supporting a
    cloud-based ERP
    system
  • Manage Video conferencing
  • Remote user support via anydesk
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
