Job Purpose
To manage end-to-end recruitment, drive talent development initiatives, and support the implementation of performance and engagement programs aimed at building a high-performing and motivated workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for management and staff positions, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with universities and institutions for campus hiring, internships, and future talent pipelines.
  • Support the implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS) and promote a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement.
  • Plan, design, training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Create engaging HR presentations, and communication materials using Canva and PowerPoint.
  • Support internal communication campaigns focused on employee engagement, organizational culture, and recognition initiatives.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, training calendars, and HR metrics for reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and propose training or development solutions.
  • Contribute to HR events, wellness activities, and employer branding initiatives.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in recruitment, training, or HR development (preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and design tools such as Canva.
  • Familiarity with PMS, employee engagement, and HR communication tools.
