We are a growing group of companies in IT, digital solutions, and business services. We are looking for a Female HR Assistant who can support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and employee management in our Lahore office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment: posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR database.
  • Handle onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Support in payroll preparation (leaves, overtime, absences).
  • Assist in HR policies and procedures implementation.
  • Coordinate with teams on HR-related matters.
  • Organize employee engagement and support in performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration (or related field).
  • 0 to 2 years of experience (fresh graduates with HR internships encouraged).
  • Strong English & communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HR software/HRMS will be a plus.
  • Must be Lahore-based and available for full-time work.
