Role Overview

We are looking for a talented GenAI and NLP Engineer to join our AI team and drive the development of cutting-edge AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems. You will work on building and optimizing chatbots, AI-powered search, document processing solutions, and other intelligent automation tools that enhance business processes and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize LLM-based applications, chatbots, and RAG-powered AI agents.

Research and implement advanced NLP techniques to improve text understanding, summarization, and generation.

Design and integrate vector search and semantic retrieval systems for intelligent document processing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows.

Fine-tune and deploy LLMs and other deep learning models on cloud-based or on-premise infrastructures.

Work with OCR and computer vision technologies for document automation, KYC verification, and CCTV analytics.

Ensure AI models are scalable, efficient, and aligned with real-world applications.

Stay up to date with the latest advancements in NLP, AI frameworks, and model optimization techniques.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on NLP and GenAI.

Expertise in LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and chatbot development.

Strong understanding of transformer-based architectures (GPT, BERT, T5, etc.).

Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and embedding-based retrieval.

Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and Hugging Face.

Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and API integrations.

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI model deployment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with multimodal AI (text + vision).

Familiarity with speech-to-text and text-to-speech models.

Understanding of reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) techniques.

Experience in agile development and collaborative AI-driven projects.
