Position Overview

We are looking for a Team Manager – Lead UI/UX & Graphic Designer to lead our design team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design, graphic design, and creative leadership. You will oversee the full design lifecycle — from concept to delivery — ensuring visually stunning, user-friendly, and brand-consistent interfaces across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of UI/UX and graphic designers.
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Create and oversee user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Ensure design consistency across all products and maintain brand identity guidelines.
  • Translate complex ideas into intuitive, engaging, and accessible interfaces.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and visual design.
  • Conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Work closely with clients to understand requirements and translate them into effective design strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic design, including leadership or team management roles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design, graphic design, and creative direction.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects (optional).
  • Understanding of front-end frameworks and responsive design principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and team management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
