We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Support Officer with few years of experience in tenders is required. Applicants with minimum qualification of BBA, good computer skills and fluency in English will be preferred.

  • To provide complete administrative and sales assistance to management including their correspondence with clients and complete sales documentation management.

  • Preparation and management of tenders including complete pre-bid and post-bid documentation

  • Emails, letters, quotations, proforma/commercial invoices, purchase orders drafting and filing.

  • Complete sales records management including quotations sent to clients, letters sent and received by the clients, payments follow-up for regular orders within Pakistan as well as tender follow-up.

  • Complete billing records management for regular orders and tenders within Pakistan as well as International orders

  • Complete pre-sales and post-sales order processing coordination with operations department and answering clients' calls, responding emails and letters accordingly.

  • Sales orders processing record management and follow-up from client for outstanding payments, purchase orders as well as NOCs.
