We are looking for Trainee QA Engineer and your day to day tasks would be:

A. Review and evaluate software products and systems to ensure adherence to company and customer quality standards. Develop software/systems testing procedures and conducts tests.

B. Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

C. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.

D. Prioritize and plan testing activities.

E. Play the role of test engineer: Design, develop, and execute automated tests.

F. Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved.

G. Perform regression testing.

H. Identify key KPIs for product quality.

I. Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.

J. Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.

K. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.

L. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

M. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.

N. Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers/APMs) to identify system requirements.

O. Monitor debugging process results.

P. Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.

Q. Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.

R. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

S. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

The position is available within VT ISB & PSH Offices, The ISB Office is adjacent to G-13 Metro Station Srinagar highway, whereas the Peshawar Office is at Jawad Towers, Uni Road - you can switch to any at your convenience.
