Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

• Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products, and stability samples to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Conduct environmental monitoring of sterile production areas and water systems.

• Prepare microbiological media and perform growth promotion tests.

• Support validation activities for products, processes, and analytical methods.

• Maintain laboratory inventory, including cultures and microbiological media.

• Ensure proper documentation, data integrity, and reporting of results.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or equivalent / Biotechnology

• 1–2 years of experience in microbiological testing or a related field.

• Knowledge of microbiological techniques, including microbial limit tests and endotoxin testing.

• Familiarity with environmental monitoring and water system testing.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Master's degree in Microbiology or a related field.

• Experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for microbiological testing.

• Familiarity with analytical method validation processes.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
