Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring product safety and quality through microbiological testing, system compliance, and adherence to food safety standards. The role involves conducting microbiological analyses, maintaining lab operations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within QA systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products (TVC, E. coli, Salmonella, Yeast & Mold, etc.).

Prepare and maintain microbiological media, chemicals, and testing equipment.

Conduct GMP and line clearance audits and verify OPRP/CCP records.

Maintain documentation and traceability as per ISO/FDA and food safety standards.

Conduct hygiene, housekeeping, and food safety trainings for production staff.

Support internal audits, environment monitoring, and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

M.Sc. Microbiology / Biotechnology or B.Sc.

Strong knowledge of microbiological methods, GMP, and food safety systems.

Skilled in data analysis and laboratory practices.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs80,000.00 per month
