We are a growing financial firm offering boutique solutions to small businesses in Canada and USA. To fuel our growth, we're looking for a hands-on Marketing Associate – SaaS Specialist.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Associate – SaaS Specialist, you will be responsible for driving awareness, signups, and customer retention through innovative and cost-effective marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone with prior SaaS marketing experience who can balance creativity with data-driven execution. You'll work closely with leadership to shape and execute campaigns that push us forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research target markets to plan, prepare and ship the content that maximizes user engagement and retention.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, amongst others).
  • Test and validate new markets and audience segments for our SaaS product(s).
  • Drive signups and user retention using both conventional and cutting-edge marketing tools/methods.
  • Do keyword research and write SEO-focused blogs.
  • Manage campaigns within the given budget, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics (MQLs, CAC, retention rates, etc.).

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of SaaS marketing experience (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Proven ability to plan and run end-to-end digital campaigns with measurable results.
  • Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Strong grasp of SaaS marketing funnels, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Content marketing/writing.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with (SAAS) marketing tools
