Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Rawalpindi. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and creating and delivering presentations. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, developing strategies for market penetration, and maintaining communication with existing and prospective clients to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound B2B calls to prospective leads and follow up with warm leads
- Introduce and explain company services to clients professionally
- Gather basic client information and assess their level of interest
- Schedule qualified appointments for closers and update CRM systems
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize outreach efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up communication
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing or customer service
- Comfortable with making outbound calls and handling objections
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Basic computer skills and experience using CRM tools preferred
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
