  • Implement Quality Standards: Collaborate with production teams to establish and enforce quality control procedures and guidelines.
  • Identify Defects: Identify defects, inconsistencies, and deviations from specifications. Investigate root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Propose improvements to processes, equipment, or materials to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and best practices.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to product quality and safety
