Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Quality Control Supervisor (In-Line) to oversee the quality control function in our stitching made-ups unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Control: Oversee the quality control function in the stitching made-ups unit, including inspecting products, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions.

  2. Quality Standards: Ensure that all stitching made-ups products meet our quality standards and customer requirements.

  3. Stitching Quality: Conduct regular inspections of stitching quality, including checking for defects, thread breakage, and stitch density.

  4. Product Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of finished products, including checking for defects, size consistency, and packaging.

  5. Quality Reporting: Prepare and submit quality reports to management, including data on defect rates, quality trends, and corrective actions.
