Bit Technologies is expanding We're looking for a motivated and energetic
Business Development Specialist
with at least
1 year of experience
to join our dynamic team in Islamabad. If you're passionate about sales, growth, and building strong client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, outreach, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Prepare and pitch proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align strategies and close deals.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new growth avenues.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience
    in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Confidence in client-facing interactions and presentations.
  • Basic understanding of IT, software, or digital services (preferred).
  • Onsite availability in Islamabad
    is mandatory.
