Job Title: Business Development Officer (Upwork Specialist)

Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad (Onsite)

Company Overview:

Texinity Technologies is a growing software development company providing web, mobile app, and custom software solutions. We are expanding our client base and are looking for a skilled Business Development Officer with proven experience in Upwork bidding and client acquisition.

Role Overview:

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for managing our Upwork profile, identifying potential clients, drafting and submitting proposals, and converting leads into long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Upwork and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the company's Upwork profile to maintain a high Job Success Score.
  • Identify relevant projects, write tailored proposals, and follow up with prospects.
  • Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and coordinate with the technical team for accurate estimations.
  • Negotiate project terms and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients for repeat and long-term business.
  • Explore additional marketplaces and growth opportunities to expand the business pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Upwork bidding and client handling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of IT services including web development, mobile apps, and software solutions.
  • Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Target-driven with an ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
