We are currently hiring a qualified and motivated Online Tutor (Trainer) for our Public Administration program on a contractual part-time basis.

Role Overview:

The Online Tutor – Public Administration will facilitate online learning sessions, evaluate student work, and support learners' academic progress.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals or academicians with experience in public policy, governance, or administrative management who are passionate about education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver interactive online lectures for the Public Administration program.
  • Assess assignments, case studies, and projects according to assessment guidelines.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
  • Ensure course delivery aligns with international academic and professional standards in public administration.
  • Participate in academic review, quality assurance, and assessment moderation activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of course materials and teaching methods.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Public Administration, Political Science, Governance, or a related field.
  • Master's degree (18 years of education) such as MPA, MSc Public Policy, or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience:
  • At least 2–3 years of teaching, training, or professional experience in public administration, governance, or policy implementation.
  • Prior experience in online or blended teaching environments is advantageous.
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong understanding of public administration principles, governance models, and institutional management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, LMS).
  • Ability to evaluate and guide students effectively.

Contract & Compensation Details:

  • Duration: 6 Months (Contractual, renewable based on performance)
  • Type: Part-Time / Remote
  • Per Lecture Fee (as per approved rate)
  • Per Assignment Evaluation Fee
  • Work Hours: Flexible (based on scheduled sessions)
