We are currently seeking a professional and academically qualified Online Tutor (Trainer) for the Environmental and Sustainability Management program on a part-time contractual basis.

Role Overview:

The Online Tutor (Trainer) for Environmental and Sustainability Management will be responsible for delivering interactive online sessions, assessing learner assignments, and ensuring academic excellence in line with international sustainability standards.

This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in environmental science, sustainability studies, green business practices, or corporate sustainability management who wish to contribute to an international learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver interactive and engaging online lectures for the Environmental and Sustainability Management program.
  • Evaluate assignments, reports, and projects based on defined assessment criteria.
  • Provide timely feedback and academic support to learners.
  • Ensure teaching and assessment practices align with international environmental and sustainability frameworks.
  • Participate in academic meetings, quality reviews, and internal verification processes as required.
  • Contribute to curriculum enhancement and learner satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree (18 years of education) such as MS/MSc in Environmental Management, Sustainable Development, or Environmental Policy preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of teaching, training, or professional experience in environmental management, sustainability, or related industries.
  • Prior experience with online teaching platforms or academic assessment will be an advantage.
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong understanding of sustainability principles, ESG practices, and environmental policy frameworks.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring abilities.
  • Proficiency with online learning tools (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, LMS).
  • Ability to design and evaluate assignments effectively.
  • Commitment to promoting sustainability education.

Contract & Compensation Details:

  • Duration: 6 Months (Contractual, renewable based on performance)
  • Type: Part-Time / Remote
  • Per Lecture Fee (as per approved rate)
  • Per Assignment Evaluation Fee
  • Work Hours: Flexible (according to class schedule)
