We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Online Tutor (Trainer) for the Project Management program on a part-time contractual basis.

Role Overview:

The Online Tutor – Project Management will deliver virtual lectures, guide learners through practical applications, and evaluate their assignments in alignment with international project management standards.

This is a remote, part-time contractual role ideal for individuals with project management, leadership, or consulting experience who wish to share their expertise through online education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver interactive and engaging online classes for the Project Management program.
  • Assess learner assignments, case studies, and project reports according to defined assessment criteria.
  • Provide timely feedback and academic guidance to students.
  • Ensure alignment with global project management frameworks (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.).
  • Participate in academic review meetings, internal verification, and quality assurance discussions.
  • Support continuous improvement of course delivery and learner outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree (18 years of education) such as MBA (Project Management), MSc Project Management, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of teaching, training, or professional project management experience.
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, budgeting, and leadership.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Proficiency with online learning platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams).
  • Ability to assess assignments and guide learners professionally.
  • Strong time management and analytical skills.

Contract & Compensation Details:

  • Duration: 6 Months (Contractual, renewable based on performance)
  • Type: Part-Time / Remote
  • Per Lecture Fee (as per approved rate)
  • Per Assignment Evaluation Fee
  • Work Hours: Flexible (as per scheduled sessions)
