30k- 35k

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced
Customer Service Representative
to join our courier services team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in
courier or logistics operations
, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries from customers
  • Track, trace, and update delivery statuses
  • Manage pickup and delivery requests and coordinate with riders/drivers
  • Resolve shipment-related issues and complaints promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and reports
  • Assist in preparing dispatch sheets and delivery summaries
  • Communicate effectively with operations and warehouse teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in
    customer service (preferably in courier/logistics)
  • Strong verbal and written
    communication skills
    (English & Urdu)
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, email handling)
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, punctual, and customer-focused attitude

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with
    shipment tracking systems or CRM tools
  • Knowledge of
    Lahore city routes and delivery areas
