Responsibilities:

  • we are seeking for a highly skilled and experienced supervisor for the lab.
  • Supervise lab staff and daily operations
  • Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance protocols
  • Ability to work evening, night, or weekend shifts as needed
  • Manage and coordinate stat analysis activities within the laboratory.
  • Develop and implement stat methodologies and protocols.
  • Experience in routine lab( Haematology, Biochemistry, Parasitology, Lab QC).
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Education:
  • BS MLT From a recognized institute.
  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
