Mustafa Developers, deals in luxury villa construction , and is seeking an experienced Production / Construction Manager to oversee all on-site operations and ensure timely, quality completion of high-end residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all construction activities from excavation to finishing.
  • Ensure high-quality execution aligned with designer villa standards.
  • Manage multiple project sites, schedules, and teams efficiently.
  • Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Oversee cost control, material management, and daily progress reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.Sc. / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • 8–12 years of experience in luxury residential or villa construction.
  • Strong project leadership, quality control, and finishing supervision skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-end villa projects within timelines.

Location: DHA Phase 2, Islamabad
