About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive (Digital Sales) to lead our B2B sales growth for PressBear. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing deals with advertisers, digital agencies, SEO firms, and brands seeking high-quality online exposure through our platform. This position requires a strategic, proactive, and persuasive professional who understands the digital marketing landscape particularly SEO, digital PR, and content marketing and can convert conversations into long-term partnerships. As a senior team member, you will manage your own pipeline, refine sales strategies, optimize processes, and mentor junior sales executives to drive overall team success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate and qualify B2B leads within digital marketing, PR, and SEO industries.
  • Execute outreach campaigns through cold calls, cold emails, and digital networking channels.
  • Pitch PressBear's value proposition effectively, highlighting PR exposure, SEO benefits, and streamlined publication management.
  • Conduct product demos and consultative sales calls to understand client goals and tailor solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Manage activities and progress using CRM tools and performance dashboards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to align messaging, lead generation, and client success.
  • Provide feedback and insights from the field to help shape product improvements.
  • Mentor junior sales team members, sharing strategies and negotiation techniques.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or tech products.
  • Strong record of success in cold outreach and closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Expertise in cold calling, cold emailing, and objection handling.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, PR, SEO, and link-building concepts.
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools for managing pipelines and reporting.
  • Highly organized, persuasive, and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
