Senior UI/UX Designer
to join our team and help shape the next generation of our digital products.

Position Overview:

The
Senior UI/UX Designer
will be responsible for designing and optimizing user experiences for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to final hand-off for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Collaborate closely with the product and development teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
  • Ensure designs follow best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving team design processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum
    5+ years
    of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on mobile applications and digital products.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful UI/UX projects for mobile and product design.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Experience in conducting user research and translating insights into actionable designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers.
  • Familiarity with product management tools like Jira or Trello.
