Business Development Representative

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields who are eager to launch their career in international business development. This role is perfect for individuals who want to combine their technical foundation with strong communication skills to build expertise in sales, client engagement, and market expansion.
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Female candidates will be given preference for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and engage potential international clients.
- Understand client requirements and match them with relevant data analytics and technology-driven solutions.
- Clearly present and explain services to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure solutions meet client needs.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields (fresh graduates strongly encouraged).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Interest in business development, international markets, and technology solutions.
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and explain them in simple, client-friendly terms.
- Proactive, confident, and target-driven with a growth mindset.
