We are looking for an IAM Specialist to manage and support our identity and access management systems, including user provisioning, role-based access, and authentication solutions. The role will involve working with One Identity and related technologies to strengthen security, streamline access, and ensure compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain One Identity solutions for user lifecycle management, access governance, and privileged access.
  • Manage provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control for all enterprise systems.
  • Support integration of applications and platforms into IAM solutions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IAM system issues and access requests.
  • Implement policies and procedures to meet security and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and business teams to ensure seamless user access.
  • Participate in audits, reporting, and documentation of access controls.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IAM or related security roles.
  • Hands-on experience with One Identity, Active Directory, LDAP, or similar IAM tools.
  • Understanding of SSO, MFA, RBAC, and privileged access management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

  • One Identity Manager certification or relevant IAM certifications.
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation.
  • Cloud IAM knowledge (Azure AD, AWS IAM, Okta).
