We are seeking a highly skilled Operations & Systems Manager who can oversee remote employees, manage our digital systems, and ensure smooth workflows across multiple countries.

Role Purpose

The Operations & Systems Manager will:

  • Handle company systems (Microsoft 365, Okta/Entra, Hubstaff, Shopify).
  • Manage remote employees across departments (marketing, logistics, design, etc.).
  • Protect company data, enforce security, and ensure accountability.
  • Report directly to the founders with weekly performance updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Software & Systems:
  • Manage Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook).
  • Oversee access control with Okta/Entra.
  • Implement and monitor Hubstaff (or similar tools) for productivity tracking.

  • Maintain and optimize Shopify admin and apps.

  • Employee Management:

  • Onboard new hires (contracts, emails, access, training).
  • Track KPIs, attendance, and productivity reports.

  • Act as first-line support for team queries.

  • Data & Security:

  • Ensure all data stays on company-controlled platforms.
  • Enforce cybersecurity policies (2FA, VPN, password updates).

  • Create weekly dashboards and reports for leadership.
  • Identify risks and propose improvements in workflows.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in operations, IT systems, or HR management.
  • Strong Shopify experience (must be able to manage backend, apps, and integrations).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft/Google systems.
  • Experience managing remote teams.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).

Pay: Rs50, Rs90,000.00 per month
