Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including business cases, project plans, and requirements specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights from team members and stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and performance metrics to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.
  • Provide recommendations based on analytical findings to promote operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
