We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and serve as the bridge between clients and our development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate directly with clients to gather project requirements and clarify expectations.
  • Create detailed documentation, flow diagrams, and process maps.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and internal communication summaries.
  • Collaborate with the development and administrative teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of project requirements, updates, and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and fluent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of software development concepts and business processes.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems and present structured solutions.
  • Proficiency in documentation tools such as MS Word, Excel, and related applications.
  • Must be skilled in creating diagrams and process flows.
  • Prior experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role is preferred.
