eBay Seller Hub Manager

Location:

Timings:
 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Eligibility:
Minimum 2 years of experience needed.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced eBay Seller Hub Manager to take full ownership of our UK-based eBay account. The candidate will be responsible for growing eCommerce sales, improving ad conversions, and driving overall brand development on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

· Take full ownership and accountability for managing the eBay account.

· Create, update, and optimize product listings using keyword research and eBay algorithm insights.

· Write engaging and clear product descriptions and content.

· Monitor product visibility and improve search ranking and exposure.

· Perform regular competitor and market analysis to identify high-margin opportunities and new SKUs.

· Create, manage, and optimize eBay advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products).

· Collaborate with team members to launch and manage new brands on eBay.

· Monitor and respond to product reviews and seller feedback.

· Maintain account health by monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvement strategies.

· Raise and manage cases with eBay Seller Support when needed.

· Provide summarized and detailed reports on strategy, campaign performance, and overall marketplace activity.

· Report directly to the line managers and company directors.

Requirements:

· Proven experience managing eBay Seller Hub accounts (preferably UK market).

· Strong knowledge of eBay algorithms, listing optimization, keyword research, and advertising tools.

· Analytical mindset with ability to prepare reports and actionable insights.

· Excellent written communication skills for creating descriptions and customer-focused content.

· A proactive and responsible attitude with attention to detail.
