About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced
Retail Store Manager
to lead one of our footwear retail locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, a keen eye for product presentation, and a customer-first mindset—especially in the fashion or shoe retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all daily store operations, ensuring an exceptional in-store customer experience
  • Lead, train, and inspire the sales team to achieve performance and sales targets
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing for timely restocking
  • Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards and seasonal campaigns
  • Handle customer issues promptly and professionally to build brand loyalty
  • Analyse sales reports and KPIs to drive improvements and strategy
  • Ensure all store activities comply with company policies and retail regulations
  • Stay updated with footwear trends and customer preferences

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of retail management experience, preferably in footwear or fashion
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Strong knowledge of retail KPIs and sales strategies
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail or business preferred
