We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Upwork Bidder with 5+ years of proven experience in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, and ensuring long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the complete bidding and sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and presentations to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines effectively to meet and exceed targets.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track performance, manage leads, and maintain client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Identify market opportunities, research industry trends, and develop business growth strategies.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deal closures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
  • Strong track record of generating and converting leads (C2C & B2B exposure preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales-related tools.
  • Sound knowledge of the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150, Rs220,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
