DevOps Engineer (Full-Time, Onsite)

Are you a DevOps engineer who loves building reliable foundations for fast-moving teams? Alethea AI Labs is hiring a DevOps Engineer to own cloud, containers, and CI/CD, enabling rapid, secure delivery of AI and Web3 products at scale.

Alethea AI Labs is leading the Agentic AI movement across industries. Through partnerships with Solana Mobile, AWS, OpenSea, and many more, we're building the foundation for decentralized AI. These collaborations have enabled us to launch the world's first intelligent NFTs (iNFTs), expand our AI capabilities, and bring on-chain AI agents to mobile.

As our DevOps Engineer, you will automate pipelines, harden infrastructure, and monitor systems that support models and apps. We need a pragmatic operator who balances speed with reliability and thrives on removing toil through elegant tooling.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and manage scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) to support Alethea's AI and Web3 products.
  • Containerize and deploy services with Docker and orchestrate using Kubernetes for high availability.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar) to automate builds, testing, and deployments.
  • Set up monitoring and observability systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) for performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with development and AI teams to streamline ML model deployments and support real-time data pipelines.
  • Continuously improve system security, backup strategies, and cost optimization for infrastructure.
  • Automate workflows and infrastructure tasks with scripting (Bash, Python).

Must-Have

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles.
  • Must have experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure for AI/ML systems in a Web3 environment.
  • Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong experience managing secure, scalable infrastructure on AWS or GCP.
  • Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
  • Familiarity with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
  • Solid scripting/automation skills in Bash or Python.
  • Clear communication and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience deploying or supporting machine learning models in production.
  • Knowledge of real-time data pipelines and event-driven architectures.
  • Exposure to infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Familiarity with Web3 event listeners, smart contract integrations, or blockchain infra.
  • Strong focus on cloud cost optimization and FinOps best practices.
