We looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving impactful marketing campaigns, scaling online presence, and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive growth, engagement, and brand visibility.

· Oversee performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.

· Lead digital campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

· Analyze data, metrics, and market trends to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

· Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and creative to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

· Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

· Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Requirements:

· 7+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

· Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics platforms.

· Demonstrated ability to design and scale successful digital marketing campaigns.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM, and data-driven decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250, Rs500,000.00 per month
