Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Marketing & Brand located in Karachi. The Head of Marketing & Brand will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing brand identity, leading the marketing team, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Daily tasks include overseeing digital marketing campaigns, content creation, market research, and brand positioning. The role requires close collaboration with the sales and product teams to drive market expansion and customer engagement.

  • Experience in Brand Management, Market Research, and Brand Positioning
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a marketing team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data analytics tools and CRM software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
