Business Development — Onsite Role

We're hiring a Business Development Executive to manage outreach, build relationships, and close deals with clients in the US market. This role requires excellent communication, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to drive consistent growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Upwork Bidding
  • Qualify prospects and understand their needs
  • Present our services and book meetings with warm prospects
  • Maintain daily activity logs in CRM (GoHighLevel)
  • Follow up with leads and nurture them through the pipeline
  • Close small to mid-ticket deals (training provided)
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Stay updated on US market trends and client behavior

Requirements

  • Strong English communication (verbal + written)
  • Confident speaking with US-based clients
  • Sales mindset with persistence
  • Ability to follow scripts, SOPs, and reporting workflows
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing/automation (plus point)
  • Comfortable working night shift (US hours)
  • Previous sales, customer service, or appointment setting experience is a plus
