Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Team Lead- Accounting Division to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4–6 years of post-CA training experience
 .This role demands expertise in various ERP systems, accounting software, business process reengineering, and data analytics. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing strategic management initiatives, ensuring efficient operations, and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic and Operational Management:

- Head bookkeeping and accounting team to make sure customer deliveries are done on time.

- Deliverables as per scope of work which may include- but not limited to:

  • preparation of financial statement
  • Setup accounting/ERP systems in collaboration with functional implementation team
  • Processing of payroll in USA, CA, EU
  • Collaborate with clients to provide delivery as per agreed upon scope
  • Manage and utilize team members effectively for smooth operations and task completion
  • Train Team Members taking into consideration the new systems and software in the market

Client Relations and Communication:

- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.

- Demonstrate excellent listening, speaking, and writing skills with clarity and concision.

- Exhibit open-mindedness, confidence, empathy, and respect in all client interactions.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Act as a team leader, planner, and organizer, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

- Drive initiatives and changes with a strategic management approach.

- Promote a strong work ethic, independence, and self-motivation within the team.

- Ensure team trainings and technical knowledge enhancement.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

-  4–6 years of post-CA training experience

Financial Skills:

  • Financial Reporting(IFRS and US GAAP)
  • Management Reporting

Accounting Software/ERP software we work with:

Education:

- Chartered Accountant (CA)-Finalist
