We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales force, building client relationships, and achieving company revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills along with in-depth knowledge of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives/agents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and investors.
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
Conduct market research to stay updated with real estate trends, competitors, and pricing
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management.
Manage end-to-end sales process including lead generation, follow-up, negotiations, and closing deals.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle client queries or complaints professionally.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns for property sales.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive in real estate.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals.
Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and real estate regulations.
Network of potential buyers, investors, and industry contacts is a plus.

Ratio of site visits to closed deals.
- Client Relationship Management
Customer satisfaction score (feedback, reviews, and referrals).
Repeat and referral business percentage.
- Team Performance
Achievement of sales targets by individual team members.
Training, development, and retention rate of sales staff
- Market Expansion
Number of new clients, brokers, and investors onboarded.
Penetration into new geographic markets or property segments.
- Operational Efficiency
Timely submission of reports and sales forecasts.
Effective use of CRM and sales tracking tools.
