Senior Ad Buyer & Digital Marketing Specialist
who's ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership of campaigns, and drive results that actually matter.

What You'll Do

  • Build and run
    ad campaigns
    across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, Snapchat (TikTok/X is a bonus).
  • Create
    multi-channel strategies
    for product launches, lead gen, and growth campaigns.
  • Dive into the data — track KPIs, optimize, and
    squeeze the best ROI
    from every dollar spent.
  • Work closely with our
    creative team
    to bring ideas to life and keep everything on brand.
  • Experiment, test, learn, repeat — whether it's A/B testing, retargeting, or funnel optimization.
  • Keep an eye on
    trends and algorithms
    so our campaigns always stay ahead.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of real hands-on experience
    in paid ads management.
  • A strong track record of
    scaling campaigns and managing solid budgets
    .
  • Someone who understands
    digital funnels and consumer psychology
    .
  • Analytical, creative, and detail-oriented (yes, all three ).
  • A team player who communicates well and collaborates with designers, content creators, and product folks.
