We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Manager with an ACCA membership and proven experience working with UAE-based companies. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, leadership ability, and expertise in tax accounting across UAE and Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with both local and international teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and cash flow reports.
  • Lead the preparation and filing of tax returns (VAT in UAE & income tax in Pakistan).
  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and Pakistan tax laws.
  • Handle reconciliations, budgeting, invoicing, and audit support.
  • Liaise with UAE clients or finance departments for cross-border transactions.
  • Guide, mentor, and supervise junior accounting staff.
  • Maintain proper documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and financial regulations.

Requirements

  • ACCA membership (compulsory).
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, with exposure to UAE-based firms.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and Pakistan tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting tools such as Odoo, QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally, or ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
