𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: DHA phase 4, Lahore

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐭𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full time-onsite

𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: 6pm to 3am

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

· Make 200+ outbound cold calls per day to healthcare providers.

· Use the approved call script to communicate clearly and confidently.

· Book qualified meetings for product specialists through Google Meet.

· Leave voicemails and send follow-up emails for unanswered calls.

· Confirm booked appointments and follow up to ensure clients attend the meeting.

· Coordinate with the sales team through Odoo or similar CRM softwares.

· Maintain consistent performance and follow internal SOPs for lead handling and communication.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

· Previous experience in appointment setting or cold calling.

· Excellent English communication skills.

· Confident, persistent, and target-driven personality.

· Basic knowledge of CRM Tools.

· Must be available to work during the US time zone.

𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬

· Minimum 200 calls daily.

· 5–10 qualified appointments booked per week.

· Maintain a 70%+ show-up rate.

· Fixed monthly base pay.

· Attractive performance-based commissions on each qualified appointment.
