We are seeking an accomplished Alliances Manager to drive the growth of our strategic

partnerships. This position requires a results-driven professional with proven experience in

building high-value alliances and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Role Description

 Develop and execute strategic alliances with brands across multiple segments.

 Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.

 Maintain strong merchant relationships through hands-on engagement and service

excellence.

 Execute merchant alliances, structure competitive offers, and nurture high-impact B2B

relationships.

 Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) to

ensure smooth implementation of business solutions.

Qualifications

2–6 years of professional experience in Business Development, Strategic Alliances,

or Partnerships.

 Established network across food & beverage, fashion, beauty, and hospitality industries.

 Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.

 Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
