Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned banking products (e.g. credit & debit cards, or digital products).
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through market research and lead generation.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product penetration and Profitability. Ensure high

levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Resolve customer issues promptly

and effectively. Promote cross-selling and up-selling of multiple banking products.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management. Analyze market trends, competitor

activities, and sales data to recommend improvements. Monitor product performance and suggest

  • changes to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and due diligence for all sales transactions. Implement and

monitor internal controls to minimize operational and reputational risks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Master degree in Business / Marketing
  • 5+ years' of Banking sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
