About the Job

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Unit Head located in Karachi. The ideal Candidate is motivated & well organized. Also have a deep understanding of prospecting, team building & developing strong relation with the clients.

Role Description

  • Identify & recruit experience sales talent.
  • Managing budgets, and leading a team to achieve branch targets.
  • Develop & execute strategies to drive business in new & existing markets.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and strategic planning skills
  • At least 2+ years experience in Sales & Investment management
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in related field
  • Proven track record in a sales management role within the financial sector is a plus
