Role:
Digital Marketing Specialist (Social Media)

Shift:
Night shift, 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (PKT)

Location:
On-site, Clifton Block 2, near bilawal chowrangi

About the Role

We're looking for a specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns and social media growth across our brands. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, plus strong content and analytics skills.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage (Google Search/Display, YouTube, Meta Ads); A/B test creatives, audiences, and bidding.

Build and maintain social media calendars; publish and engage across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).

Track performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, engagement, follower growth) and deliver weekly reports with insights.

Coordinate with design/content teams on creatives and landing pages to improve Quality Score and conversions.

Set up and maintain conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta pixel), UTM tagging, and remarking audiences.

Requirements

2–3 years' hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing.

Proven results scaling campaigns with positive ROAS.

Strong grasp of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, and basic Excel/Sheets.

Good written English for ad copy and captions; basic Canva/Figma skills are a plus.

Availability to work consistently in the 9 PM–5 AM PKT time window.

Nice to Have

Experience with Shopify/WooCommerce landing pages and feed management.

Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and email/SMS funnels.
