Role Title:

SMM & Bark Specialist (Sales & Campaign Growth)

We are looking for a
results-driven Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Bark Sales Specialist
to handle client acquisition and campaign sales for our digital agency. The ideal candidate will manage social media campaigns across Meta platforms while actively converting leads from Bark into paying customers. This role demands a mix of
marketing strategy, lead management, persuasive communication, and sales execution
to grow our service sales such as website design, branding, and digital marketing packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bark Platform Management:
  • Identify, contact, and convert high-quality leads from Bark.
  • Craft tailored responses and follow-up messages for different business niches.
  • Maintain a strong conversion ratio through quick and effective communication.
  • Social Media Campaign:
  • Plan, launch, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Sell digital packages (Website + Logo, Branding, SEO, etc.) directly through ad inquiries and WhatsApp leads.
  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure creatives align with marketing goals.
  • Lead Nurturing & Conversion:
  • Manage incoming inquiries via Meta and Bark.
  • Communicate persuasively to close deals, upsell, and cross-sell agency services.
  • Report daily conversion progress and suggest improvements for better ROI.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Analyze audience data to optimize ad targeting and content performance.
  • Stay updated with trends in SMM, Bark algorithms, and lead generation tactics.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Minimum
    1–2 years
    of proven experience in Social Media Marketing and lead conversion.
  • Prior experience using
    Bark, Meta Ads Manager, or similar lead platforms
    is mandatory.
  • Core Skills:
  • Strong command of written and spoken English (for professional communication).
  • Excellent negotiation and follow-up skills.
  • Understanding of Meta Ads, campaign analytics, and conversion metrics.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets/CRM for lead tracking.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Bonus Skills:
  • Knowledge of Canva, ChatGPT, or automation tools for faster workflow.
  • Experience selling creative or IT services (logo, website, SEO, etc.).

  • Number of Bark leads converted weekly/monthly.
  • ROI from Meta Ad Campaigns.
  • Average response time to new leads.
  • Sales revenue generated per campaign cycle.
