Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly efficient and proactive
Customer Service Representative
to join our growing team in the service industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, a customer first attitude, and the ability to resolve inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a timely and efficient manner.

· Resolve service problems by clarifying customer issues, determining the cause, and offering accurate solutions or alternatives.

· Maintain a high level of service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in customer support tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
